Online Safety

We take online safety issues very seriously. We ensure that all pupils in the academy receive regular e-safety lessons every half term and have whole school assemblies on e-safety.

Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) and Parent Zone have provided the following links for parents to look at, for more information on keeping your child safe online.

– Think U Know
– Internet Aware
– NetSafe
– NSPCC: Share Aware

CEOP YouTube

Please visit the CEOP YouTube video page, which contains a variety of videos for parents and cares about different aspects of e-safety.

Children’s safe search engines

As part of our e-safety teaching we ensure that we use safe search engines that are suitable for children. Here are some examples of the different search engines that are available. Please have a look and encourage your child to use these when searching the Internet at home.
– Safe search kids
– Common Sense media
– Kids Click search engine
– Ask Kids

Raleigh Infant Academy is committed to making improvements to our e-safeguarding and online safety provision.
